New construction painting is a different animal than painting an existing home. There's no furniture to work around, sure - but there's also zero room for error. Every wall is fresh drywall. Every surface is bare. The builder, the homeowner, and the timeline are all counting on you to get it right the first time.

That's exactly the kind of job we take seriously. We worked hand-in-hand with the builder and homeowner on this one, making sure color selections, coverage, and finish quality all lined up before we ever picked up a brush. Communication on a build site matters. When trades are stacking on top of each other, you need a painting crew that shows up on schedule and doesn't create problems for the next guy.

We handled everything from primer through final touchups - walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and all the tight spaces in between. Hallways, bedrooms, bathrooms, the open kitchen and living areas. Every room got the same level of attention. That consistency is what separates a paint job that looks great in photos from one that holds up when a homeowner moves in and really starts looking around.

New construction painting done well sets the tone for how the entire home feels on move-in day. It's one of the last things a homeowner sees before they get their keys. We think that matters. A lot.
