Most garages get ignored. Bare drywall, no primer, no paint - just the same unfinished walls from the day the house was built. This homeowner decided to change that, and we handled the whole process from start to finish.

Here's what we were working with - fresh drywall that still had all the seams and screw dimples showing. Before a single drop of paint goes on, those have to be addressed. We taped, mudded, and finished the walls properly so the surface was smooth and ready to hold paint the right way. Skip that step and you end up with a finish that looks rough and starts failing early.

Once the prep was done, we primed the walls and then painted everything with a low-sheen exterior paint. That's an important call for a garage. Exterior-grade paint is built to handle moisture, temperature swings, and general abuse - exactly what a garage throws at walls over time. The low sheen keeps it looking clean without being too flat or too glossy.

The finished space is a completely different place. Clean corners, consistent color wall to wall, and a surface that's actually going to hold up. It's the kind of upgrade that makes the whole garage feel intentional instead of like an afterthought. Whether you're parking in it, working in it, or using it as extra living space, the walls matter more than most people think.

This is the kind of residential painting work we do all the time. If your garage - or any other space in your home - is still sitting unfinished, we can take it through the same process and get it looking this good.
